Feb 2017: Surgery Connect News

Surgery Connect on Show

After another successful outing for Surgery Connect at the Primary Care Conference in Salford, with more Surgeries now reviewing the cost benefits and flexibility of X-on's Secure Healthcare Phone System, we're announcing a couple more events at the National Docman Conferences in May.

If you'd like to attend please register at:

We'll be exhibiting throughout the year, and will be reminding you prior to the events.

No Appointments Button

Patients queueing when there are no available appointments? Surgery Connect now offers a simple 'No appointments available' message easily activated by reception using a button on the handset.

Average Wait Time

Queued patients can be kept informed of their position in the queue and their expected average wait time, minimising the frustration while waiting.

Practice Index

X-on are now an approved Supplier in the Practice Index, a GP Practice Management Resource. If you are a Surgery Connect customer please consider adding a short review - it's just a matter of clicking the review link and filling 4 fields - a couple of your minutes that would greatly benefit other Surgeries considering the service.

Best Wishes,
X-on Sales.
