Voicebank Noticeboard - Update Customer Information
X-on VoiceBank allows remote updating of Messages for your Customers
| Voicebank is a 'Noticeboard' messaging service that allows your business and staff to leave messages such as Press Releases, Public Announcements, Product Updates, Security Information and Staff Notification.
The messages can be recorded remotely by anyone with access to the passcode using any touch tone phone.
Callers can then phone in and listen to those messages usually played most recent first, but with the ability to skip back and forth. Older recordings can remain on the service for the caller to listen to after hearing those that are most up to date.
High Capacity Hosted Service
X-on has high capacity to serve internal and public Voicebank applications. A range of real time and emailed reports are available on system usage. |

X-on Voicebank is a Hosted Service negating the need for purchasing or maintaining an expensive in-house solution. Our systems can handle a large number of callers simultaneously.
Switchboard congestion can be reduced during busy times as press enquiries, for example, can be diverted to your Voicebank.

VoiceBank has more than proved its worth during major and critical incidents - from serious crimes to severe weather warnings. Media outlets can access it at any time to receive updates on developing situations, and press officers can deliver detailed information within seconds across the UK.

The introduction of a text alert facility for subscribers, and a back-up number for the VoiceBank in Cambridgeshire will help turn the force's media newsline service from first-class to deluxe.
