Surgery Connect features a new report which shows the number of patients who have chosen the different options in the main menu, averaged over day of the week and time of day (you will not get this report if you do not have a menu configured).
This report has been added by request of a number of surgeries.
We have some more reports in the pipeline, but if there is anything you particularly want to see, please talk to your Account Manager.

'No Appointments' Button on Phone
Again, with feedback from several customers, we are introducing the option to program a button on your reception phones which can bring in a pre-programmed messages when no further appointments are available for the current day. This avoids patients having to queue to be told what alternative actions are available to them. We can upgrade most existing systems during a service review and there is no cost for this option, or many other improvements that we are adding during our constant development program.
