New Call Telecom wanted to increase the efficiency of their payment process by sending customers reminders by phone which provide payment information and request payment.

The Solution

X-on provided New Call Telecom with a Voice Payment Reminder service, incorporating a call back option allowing payment via a Call Centre. Reminders can be timed to provide the recipient the best opportunity to comply, pre and post the due date.
