We’re pleased to announce that X-on Health has secured a place on G-Cloud 15, the latest government framework for public sector Cloud services.

G-Cloud gives NHS organisations and other public sector bodies a recognised route to find and procure Cloud technology. When the new framework goes live, buyers will be able to browse information about X-on Health and our services through the Digital Marketplace.

Our listing covers secure, flexible and cost-effective intelligent care navigation services for primary care. These include AI-powered digital assistants, clinical software integration and advanced Cloud telephony, with data security and compliance at the forefront.

A simpler route to Cloud technology

G-Cloud is designed to make buying Cloud services simpler and more efficient. It brings together suppliers that have completed an assessment process covering areas such as quality, technical ability and pricing.

This gives public sector buyers greater assurance when reviewing potential suppliers. It can also reduce the time and work involved in finding suitable technology and completing the procurement process.

G-Cloud 15 brings Cloud hosting, software and support services together under one agreement. The framework has an estimated value of £14 billion over its four-year term, although this does not represent funding allocated to individual buyers or suppliers.

What does this mean for NHS organisations?

For NHS trusts, integrated care boards, primary care networks and other public sector organisations, X-on Health’s place on the framework provides another route to explore and procure our Cloud-based services.

Our technology is designed to help healthcare teams:

  • Improve how patients access services
  • Manage demand more effectively
  • Reduce pressure on clinical and administrative staff
  • Automate routine tasks and patient interactions
  • Connect communications with existing clinical systems
  • Deliver more flexible,  joined-up care

We design, host and deliver our advanced Cloud services from UK data centres, with security and compliance at the heart of our approach.

Securing a place on G-Cloud 15 reflects the work we continue to put into our governance, technical capability and service quality.

When will G-Cloud 15 go live?

The Government Commercial Agency expects G-Cloud 15 to become available during the week commencing 7th September 2026. G-Cloud 14 will remain available until Wednesday 28 October 2026, helping maintain continuity for public sector buyers during the transition.

Once the new framework is live, buyers will be able to review our supplier profile and available services through the Digital Marketplace.
