Released towards the end of August, the Surgery Connect Console has been refreshed to give a cleaner, more intuitive user experience as well as a few additional features.
Much of the filtering options for both callers and contacts are now behind buttons increasing the default viewing area available. Any searches made are now live, with the data filtering as you type.
Within the Appearance Settings you can now switch to view your user list by department rather than a straight up list which in many cases will give a much clearer and relevant visibility of staff availability.
The reports platform continues to offer more and more user generated reports enabling to gather a full picture of the performance of your telephony and staff.
Group Overview Hourly
Select one of your distribution groups (Appointments for example), select a date range and see call answering performance broken down by hour. A real insight as to where more resources might be applied.
User Calls Overview
Over a selected period, see call answering and making figures for each of your staff.
User Status Overview
Over a selected period, see the states that your users have been in over the period (DND, Logged Out, Available etc.).
