Responding to Customer Needs

Feedback from practices, along with all levels of the NHS with whom we engage, dictates how we continue to develop Surgery Connect.

Feature improvements and new features are a result of ongoing discussions with our clients, being best placed to evaluate the service.

Additional services are constantly under development, which we are very happy to contribute to.

    • Ensuring we can integrate Surgery Connect with all the clinical systems currently in use.
  • Natural Language Speech Recognition
    • Allowing patients to communicate naturally with the phone and booking systems.
  • X-Flow - Practice Manager Empowerment
    • Constructing practice call flows graphically.
  • Video
    • Clinician to clinician (including emergency Services).
    • Patient triage.
  • Apps / Web apps - Patient Empowerment
    • Booking appointments using device applications.
