The full session video covers cloud telephony, using your handset in the practice, using the User Console which is a real time view of Surgery Connect, including the availability of your colleagues, using the softphone which is a web based on screen phone and working remotely. It also covers how to quickly call your colleagues, your external contacts and your patients.
