Training Coordinators improve the quality of training to X-on's rapidly growing staff and partners/resellers, thereby increasing the proportion of multi-skilled staff and reducing the number of visits to customer sites. This should also equip staff with the skills to train customers.

Service Delivery and Customer Liaison
The role involves working with new customers, capturing their requirements to pass to our Service Delivery dept., and subsequently building those customer relationships throughout the delivery and support of our systems, including some customer training.
Project Coordinators manage the provisioning of new sales of our healthcare telephony solution to delivery timescales and specification, ensuring deadlines are met by assigned project staff, organising trainers and 3rd party network contractors, and managing associated documentation, suppliers and inventory.
The role includes the installation of data cabling infrastructures, covering customer sites nationwide and including some weekend working. The whole process is covered from the site survey, installation of VoIP/WiFi, routers, switches and phones, while providing on-site customer support.
Delivering to agreed timescales while troubleshooting any issues, investigating and diagnosing faults, and working through to resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
Service Desk Support Staff
Support staff provide the frontline response to customer concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintenance of X-on's reputation within the marketplace. Support staff are expected to deal with incidents and change requests in a timely fashion, liaising with customers from initial contact to resolution while following X-on customer support procedures.

An Account Manager will focus on Customer Relationship Management to support our new and existing healthcare customers.
